B. Tamphasana Devi, a promising Wushu player hailing from Manipur wins bronze in Khelo India

𝐁. 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢, a promising Wushu player hailing from Manipur, has clinched the bronze medal in the 52 Kg category at the Khelo India National Wushu Women League held in Ranchi from 24th to 27th February 2024. 
 
Sponsored and assisted by the Indian Army, Miss Devi's journey to the podium was marked by dedication and perseverance. The 19-year-old athlete, a resident of Saitapur village in the Kumbi district of Bishnupur, overcame numerous challenges to participate in the prestigious event.
 
In recognition of her achievement, Miss Devi was felicitated by the Indian Army at a modest ceremony held in Saitapur on 29th February 2024. This gesture reaffirms the Indian Army's unwavering commitment to nurturing talent and providing opportunities for the youth of the region.
